After serious consideration I have finally decided to change the purpose of this site from fan support of the on-line game Federation II to that of support for on-line gaming in general. From the growing list (below) you can see I have tried playing quite a few and thought perhaps I could offer some of my insights. I will offer links to some of the most popular game search sites such as The Mud Connector and Top Mud Sites in addition to those of games I have found to be of interest to me.
To date I have tried the following games, Abandond Realms, Cardea, Forgotten Kingdoms, MudII, Realms of Despair, Ateraan, Star Wars:Dark Forces RPG, Edge of Creation, Cities of M'Dhoria and 3Kingdoms.
Graphics versus Text. Which do you prefer? All of the above mentioned games are text based and yes, I prefer text to those with graphics such as World of Warcraft (WoW). I have just started a new game called Perfect World International Nemesis. Similar to WoW which I found complicated and problems playing have already presented themselves.
To roleplay or not to roleplay? That is the question. It is nice to have a choice in any event. Some games insist you do and with others it is optional. With Lensmoor it is optional but if you do there is a bonus that you should find out for yourself.

Age of Chaos. Just recently started playing AoC and found it similar to Lensmoor with one major difference. You must rent a room at an inn in order to save your equipment before leaving otherwise you lose everthing.
I recently played Doomlord and while I found it interesting the game was not considered my type of game. To each his own however.

Do you like hidden object games? I do but it is hard to find free full version games. The trial versions are not for me but if you know where I can get full version hidden object games without having to pay US$20.00 please let me know.
I have been tempted to give BatMud a new try as they now have a new client. I love new things and will report further on this game using the new client. Yes the BatMud client is awesome.
It is all about fun and when a game stops being fun it is time to stop playing and find something else. With this in mind I can honestly say Lensmoor is fun to play and I can tell you why. Newbie friendly and good people who are more than happy to help out a newcomer. This is very important to me. Note. Lensmoor is very addictive. I have been playing for several weeks now and the more you play the more you want to play.
NEW!! Check this new game out called CLOK sent in by Icterus. It takes a bit of time to get used to Clok as it is different but fun to play nevertheless.
Just started a new game called Dragons of Atlantis Try it out. Be prepared to be attacked a lot when the first week of protection wears off. I found this to be very annoying.
Latest Post: My mapping has come to a standstill. Getting wiped out in Neradz might have had something to do with it. Not sure when I may start it again.
